SVN PM was formed by Micky & Kirk and grew to 2,500 units in the first 12 months. The first of our larger portfolios is still under management.
COVID caused many property owners to seek out help, which SVN PM provided to brokers and developers. Ultimately leading to 3x growth that year.
SVN PM took on several properties/portfolios in the Quad Cities and established an office to manage them locally.
SVN Chicago PM expanded its relationship with the SVN Denver office to offer management services locally in the Denver area.
SVN PM took on a 576 free-standing home portfolio in Indiana to continue its growth and reach.
SVN PM purchased Edgemark Asset Management, located in Oakbrook, to bolster its suburban retail portfolio while onboarding 600 multifamily units on the north side of Chicago.
SVN PM has grown to nearly 50 employees and over 200 clients.
