Principal & CEO

Micky leads the daily operations of a high-performance team, focusing on transparency, accountability, and client-driven results. With experience across all asset types—office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily—he drives strategy and execution in operations, leasing, construction, and asset optimization.

He began his career in REO management, gaining hands-on asset stabilization and repositioning expertise. Today, he works with institutional investors, capital groups, and international owners to unlock long-term value in Chicagoland real estate.

Micky is a licensed Managing Broker in Illinois, and before SVN, held leadership roles at Kinzie Real Estate Group and Marc Realty. He is a Miami University (Ohio) graduate and a lifelong Chicagoan.

Kirk Bennett

Principal & CFO

Kirk brings a sharp financial and organizational focus to SVN Chicago Property Management, overseeing an impressive team of financial experts. With a background spanning office, retail, and project management, he plays a key role in driving value across the firm’s portfolio with an emphasis on efficiency, performance, and client service.

He began his career managing the 140,000 SF 30 East Adams Building in Chicago, driving growth through hands-on oversight of leasing, financials, and capital projects, resulting in sustained gains in occupancy and revenue. 

Before SVN, Kirk served as a national leasing consultant for Burn Boot Camp, guiding franchisees through market research, LOIs, and lease negotiations across the U.S. Now, he blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution to optimize asset performance for SVN PM clients.

Principal & COO

Kyle brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience to SVN Chicago Property Management, backed by a strong financial foundation from DePaul University. While still a student, he managed a 140,000 SF office building in Chicago’s Loop, gaining early, hands-on exposure to asset management and operations.

After graduating, he joined Walgreens’ corporate real estate team, leading lease administration integrations and software initiatives to streamline portfolio management. Kyle later expanded into industrial brokerage in San Diego, advising clients through complex leasing and investment transactions.

Known for his analytical approach, operational expertise, and commitment to client service, Kyle is a trusted advisor to owners seeking to stabilize, grow, and enhance their commercial real estate assets.
